Contest Entry Rules

1. To enter the contest, all contestants must register as a team consisting of two people: hair model and stylist (professional or amateur)
2. Contestants are required to provide an email address, model and stylist's name, contact information, facebook contact and business name, if applicable
3. Contestants (models and stylists) must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the contiguous United States
4. Team must upload two (2) photos- one head shot, one full body shot. Submitted photos must be of the contestant, and hair must be done by the stylist. Outre will retain full rights to all submitted material (photographs, statements, information) entered into the contest
5. Contestants may enter Round 1 at any point throughout the contest, even while Round 2 is ongoing.
6. Once a contestant has won Round 1 and entered Round 2, they are eligible be in the running for the monthly $1,000 prize every month.
7. No nudity, profanity or inappropriate images will be accepted; Contestants who submit inappropriate photos will be disqualified
8. By participating in I Duvessa, the contestants agree to have their name, image, or likeness used in any advertising or print material relating to this contest, in any media known now or hereafter devised for Outre's purposes without additional compensation
9. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice

Additional Round 02 Rules

1. Two (2) new photos must be submitted for the Round 2; contestants are required to use Duvessa Remi hair in their photos
2. One of the two photos in Round 2 should have the model holding the Duvessa package in it
3. Each team may also submit a short blurb (maximum 100 words) what they like about I Duvessa (optional)

Voting Rules

1. Voters may be asked to provide contact information. It is optional, but those who provide addresses will automatically be entered in our iPod Touch raffle
2. Teams may be voted on as soon as they have fulfilled all registration
3. Contestants of Round 1 need to collect 100 votes to win an Outre package with 2 packs of Duvessa Remi. Contestant of Round 2 must collect as many votes as possible each month to win the monthly $1,000 cash prize. The Grand Prize and 2nd Place Prize will be chosen by internal Outre judges at the end of the contest
4. Round 2 contestants' votes will be reset to 0 (zero) at the end of every month
5. One voter each month will win an Apple iPod Touch, with 10 winners in all
6. There is no admission fee or required purchase to enter I Duvessa as either a contestant or voter

Winner Selection

1. The contestants of Round 1 will win when they have collected 100 votes from 100 individual voters
2. The contestants of Round 2 with the highest votes will win the monthly $1,000 prize
3. Each month one team out of Round 2 contestants will win the $1,000 prize. All teams who did not win will automatically be reentered in the next months Round 2
4. Grand Prize and 2nd Place winners will be selected by internal Outre judges at the end of the contest in 2012
5. Each month one voter will also be selected to win an Apple iPod Touch.
6. No contestant will win more than one prize per round if entered multiple times

Round 1

1. Teams will upload 2 (two) pictures during this time and gather votes
2. Contestants may tell friends and family about the contest and encourage them to vote
3. Contestants may vote for themselves one time
4. Contents of contestants' MyPage can be edited at any time during I Duvessa
5. Winners will receive an Outre package containing 2 packs of Duvessa
6. Winners of Round 1 under previous rules (before contest procedures were changed) are already advanced to Round 2 and do not need to start Round 1 over with new rules
7. Round 1 only requires 100 votes to win, and Round 2 is won by whoever has the highest vote each month

Round 2

1. Vote count will reset after each monthly winner has been chosen and restart from 0 (zero)
2. Round 2 contestants are eligible for the prize every month. If contestants do not win, Round 2 contestants can re-submit for the next month to collect votes and to get a chance to win the prize for that month.
3. New photos must be uploaded in Round 2 with pictures of the Duvessa hair on the model, styled by stylist
4. Contestants may enter a short blub on what they like about Duvessa Remi (optional)

Winner Announcement

1. Winners who have collected the required votes will be announced on outre.com and the Outre Facebook fan page
2. The Round 2 team with the highest vote each month will win the $1,000 prize to share
3. The check for the cash prize will be sent to the contestant who registers the team
